Let’s take a look at Revedia’s agreement management capabilities. Here you can see key Agreement Details, including Number of Agreements, Number of Platforms, Current Year Expirations, and Next Year Expirations. Below you see the different agreement terms captured including Agreement Name, Term Start and End Dates, Payment Terms, Sales Cost, Revenue Share, Minimum Guarantee, Inventory Share, and Status. You can easily update terms of any of these agreements. Select the agreement that you want to update, click on the edit button, and review and adjust the terms of the agreement as needed. Or, choose to add a new agreement. Name the new agreement, enter the Term Start Date, enter the Term End Date. Or if there’s no end date and the agreement is intended to auto renew, check the Auto Renewal box. Associate a status. Select the payment terms of the agreement. Leave a note or comment, and save this new agreement. Once saved, you can add applicable Economic Terms, support those Assignments, and add Agreement Contacts. Click Add Term. Select the Term Type. Here we’ll choose Revenue Share. Enter the Sales Cost Percentage. Enter the Revenue Share Percentage. You can choose to apply these terms to all FAST channels, or select channels individually. Insert the Economic Term’s Start Date. Insert the Economic Term’s End Date. Add a note if necessary, and save this economic term. In Assignments, link the platform with the FAST channels applicable to this agreement. Let’s select Amazon as the platform, and let’s select the four applicable FAST channels. Once selected, hit Assign, and this agreement is fully created.
