One of the things that is extremely helpful to do is have a really, really thorough and mature A/B testing with a lot of life-cycle marketing campaigns that you’re doing on customer acquisition and customer retention and being able to have a nimble organization and data system to be able to track the success of that kind of A/B testing of those campaigns can really help you feed into having an overall successful strategy and uncovering. Wow I thought this was an amazing statistic, data set that was going to help us get Carson to 10 subscription packages from nine. But it turns out it doesn’t really impact our business. We’ve done some of testing and really this these data sets are what’s driving growth.
