The Symphony MediaAI leadership team
Mark is a growth and transformational oriented executive with an extensive knowledge of general technology and the media space. Carrying 20 years of industry experience in the media industry; centering around technology, revenue management, and optimization. Mark joins SymphonyMediaAI from 10 years at WideOrbit Inc, the preeminent ad decisioning and ERP provider for TV/Radio/Cable industries, where he served as chief operating officer. In this capacity, Mark oversaw business operations for WideOrbit’s various product verticals, all externally facing initiatives, special projects, and strategies. Prior to WideOrbit, Mark spent seven years at Google. Serving as technical operations manager, Mark managed operations for Google’s Broadcast division, specializing in the real-time insertion of advertising on live Radio Broadcast streams. Before pivoting to a technology specialization, Mark spent several years in the media industry proper. Holding positions of Operations Manager, Director of Programming and on-air talent to Radio and Television organizations throughout the Midwest.
Bruce Lazarus joined Symphony MediaAI as its Chief Operating Officer in 1998 and was named the company’s CEO in 2001. Bruce has more than 20 years of financial management and accounting experience in the media industry, including consulting for the accounting and finance departments of Fox News Channel, launching and serving as Director of Finance for the CNBC television network and serving as CFO of Request Television. He had previously served as Corporate Controller for Reiss Media and its Request TV operation and held accounting management posts at NBC Sports and RCA. Before entering the media industry in 1982, Bruce was a senior analyst with Lever Brothers. He earned an MBA Degree in Corporate Finance from the City University of New York’s Baruch College and a bachelor’s of science degree in resources management from the State University of New York. He is an active member of the Broadcast Cable Financial Management Association and serves on its Cable Committee. Bruce also served as a pioneering member of CAB’s (Cable Advertising Bureau) Electronic Data Initiative (EDI).
Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Andrew has more than 15 years of senior sales experience, focused on scaling SaaS-based B2B businesses. He joined Symphony MediaAI in March of 2020 and is responsible for the execution of the company’s global sales strategy. Prior to Symphony MediaAI, Andrew served as senior director of sales at Limelight Networks [NASDAQ: LLNW], where he led new business strategy and field operations for Limelight’s Americas group. Andrew earned his bachelors degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
Senior Vice President, Audit Operations
John joined Symphony MediaAI in 1998 as a staff auditor. John oversees all audit operations including Basic, Premium and International. John has played a leadership role in establishing Cable Audit as the premier auditing firm serving the cable, satellite and Telco industries. In his executive role, John has been instrumental in developing proprietary methodologies for the audit program including staff development, software enhancements and project management. Prior to joining Symphony MediaAI, John worked at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Consultant. John has Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Senior Vice President, Revenue Management
Karin joined Symphony MediaAI as the Vice President of Revenue Management Services in October of 2015, with nearly 15 years experience in finance, operations and accounting. Karin came to Symphony MediaAI from MPEG LA, LLC, the world’s leading licensing administrator for high technology patent pools, where she was responsible for managing the financial and operational activities associated with collecting and distributing royalties related to consumer electronics products. Prior to working in the consumer electronics and media space, Karin held management positions at MDC Holdings, Inc., Dynami Solutions, LLC, ALLURData, Inc., and Baum Arensmeier & Talent, Inc. She earned both her Bachelors and MBA from the University of Colorado. Karin is responsible for leading the Revenue Management Services business unit; handling all aspects of revenue transactions from contract compliance, invoicing, collections and month-end close to ad hoc reporting and the continued development of Symphony MediaAI’s Vmetric subscriber management solution, on behalf of Symphony MediaAI’s RMS client base.
Senior Vice President, Audit & Client Relations Services
Amy joined Symphony MediaAI in 2002 and has held the positions of Audit Manager and Director prior to her current position as Vice President, Audit Services. Amy has managed both the audit operations and client relations for many of Symphony MediaAI’s domestic, premium and international clientele. In her current capacity as Vice President, Audit Services, Amy plays a leadership role in overseeing the Audit Operations Department, as well as the Contract Compliance and Client Relations teams, serving as the principal liaison between Symphony MediaAI and many of its valuable clients. Amy also oversees the recruiting, staff development and training for all staff within the Audit Operations Department at Symphony MediaAI. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Vice President, Product
Joe Mancini is a proven media industry technology leader with a longstanding history of product creation and delivery to media clients at all stages of the video workflow. With 20 years of experience in the media industry, Joe focuses on a customer-first vision of the future of video and broadcast delivery. Joe joins Symphony MediaAI after seven years as Comcast Technology Solutions’ senior director of product. In that role, he ran product and business operations for the linear portfolio business, creating and deploying solutions for IP based video delivery and linear content rights management, and enabling tier-one programmers and operators to transition to OTT video delivery. Before joining Comcast, Joe led the delivery of THIS TECHNOLOGY Inc.’s dynamic ad insertion platform to leading MVPD’s and spent nearly nine years at Motorola as product owner and lead architect focused on video on demand and cloud DVR technologies
Vice President, Engineering
Krishna Sundaresan is a passionate technologist who has developed products across finance, legal and manufacturing domains with a specific focus on AI-enabled solutions. He focuses on product engineering and developer productivity with a vision to build user-centric, resilient, and elastic systems. He joined Symphony MediaAI after working for Symphony KrystalAI, prior to which he was running his startup (Surukam Analytics) in the Legal AI domain, which was acquired by SymphonyAI. At Surukam, Krishna built an AI contract intelligence product which was adopted by leading Banks and IT companies in India. Krishna previously worked at CRISIL India (S&P group company), where he led a service delivery team in the field of risk analytics and equity research in global locations including Argentina, Poland, India and China. Krishna has also worked at RSG Media and Oracle.
Vice President, Finance
Stephen joined Symphony MediaAI in November 2020 as the Vice President of Finance, overseeing all finance and accounting operations. Stephen brings over 12 years of finance experience in the technology and product space, having held various positions with Intel (Nasdaq: INTC), Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), and Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA). Most recently, he was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis with Cherwell LLC, a leading SaaS service management solution. Stephen has extensive experience building finance teams, scaling financial systems and tools, and turning financial insights into operating results. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Vice President, Digital Client Services
Alex joined Symphony MediaAI in 2011 and has held positions of Account Manager and Director prior to her current position as Vice President, Digital Client Services. Alex has managed the client relations for a variety of Symphony MediaAI’s domestic, premium and international clientele. In her current capacity as Vice President, Digital Client Services, Alex focuses on client relations, contract compliance and business development for Symphony MediaAI’s clients who engage in digital distribution audits, including but not limited to movie studios, game publishers and music groups. Prior to joining Symphony MediaAI, Alex worked as a Program Director at Colorado State University. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts from Long Island University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Dan joined Symphony MediaAI in September of 2019 as the Vice President, People & Culture with more than 20 years of leadership development and HR experience. Dan leads all Human Resources functions, to include; Talent Acquisition, Training/ Development, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Employee Relations. Prior to joining Symphony MediaAI, Dan has held multiple leadership positions in the U.S. Army, Colorado Department of Transportation, Starz Entertainment, and Asurion. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Denver, as well as certifications in Human Capital Strategy, Project Management, Process Improvement, Change Management, and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Senior Director, EMEA Sales
Don brings over 15 years of business development experience in the EMEA region to Symphony MediaAI, where he leads growth and strategic partnerships with international clientele. Don’s expertise in new product and service launches was built over a decade in a global expansion role at U.S.-based Comscore and, more recently, a digital consumer intelligence company. Don earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at Leeds University and holds a master’s degree in bioinformatics from Cranfield University.
