Mark Moeder
Chief Executive Officer
Mark is a growth and transformational oriented executive with an extensive knowledge of general technology and the media space. Carrying 20 years of industry experience in the media industry; centering around technology, revenue management, and optimization. Mark joins SymphonyAI Media from 10 years at WideOrbit Inc, the preeminent ad decisioning and ERP provider for TV/Radio/Cable industries, where he served as chief operating officer. In this capacity, Mark oversaw business operations for WideOrbit’s various product verticals, all externally facing initiatives, special projects, and strategies. Prior to WideOrbit, Mark spent seven years at Google. Serving as technical operations manager, Mark managed operations for Google’s Broadcast division, specializing in the real-time insertion of advertising on live Radio Broadcast streams. Before pivoting to a technology specialization, Mark spent several years in the media industry proper. Holding positions of Operations Manager, Director of Programming and on-air talent to Radio and Television organizations throughout the Midwest.
Marc Liebmann
Chief Revenue Officer
Marc Liebmann is a revenue-focused technology executive with over 20 years of sales, business development, and general management experience. His expertise in both revenue operations and the technology industry give him a unique understanding of SymphonyAI Media’s business goals, and those of our clients. Marc’s background spans early-stage companies to large enterprises. He most recently served as chief revenue officer at Indicative Analytics, which achieved triple-digit annual growth under his leadership – leading to a successful exit through acquisition. Prior to that, he served as president of ironSource’s U.S. operations during its growth to a $1 billion valuation and as SVP of IAC Search & Applications’ then-$1.6 billion B2B business division. In 2016, Marc co-founded Cinch (now shopIN.nyc), a local commerce solution aggregating local businesses to compete in online retail. Marc graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University and has an MBA with honors from IE Business School.
Heidi Chapman
Chief Financial Officer
Heidi Chapman brings nearly 20 years of finance and leadership experience at the world’s largest media networks and solution providers. In her role as chief financial officer at SymphonyAI Media, Heidi leads all strategic and operational aspects of the finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining SymphonyAI Media, Heidi served as vice president of finance for Stratix Corporation, an enterprise mobility provider, where she oversaw financial planning and analysis. Before that, Heidi was vice president of finance at GolfNow, the digital division of the Golf Channel at NBC Sports. In this role, she was involved in multiple acquisitions (including acquiring GolfNow’s largest competitor), ran the U.S. and U.K. finance departments, and consolidated organizational financials. Heidi has also served as head of finance for NBC programs The Today Show, Nightly News, and Meet the Press, where she successfully streamlined production costs, negotiated contract terms, and assisted with budgets for high-profile events such as the Olympics. She has held additional finance positions at CNN, Turner Broadcasting, and Deloitte. Heidi graduated summa cum laude from Mercer University’s MBA program with a concentration in finance, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia.
Dan Myers
Chief Operating Officer
Dan joined SymphonyAI Media in September of 2019 as the Vice President, People & Culture with more than 20 years of leadership development and HR experience. Dan currently leads business operations, Audit Services, Client Relations, Human Resources, and Talent Management. Prior to joining SymphonyAI Media, Dan has held multiple leadership positions in the U.S. Army, Colorado Department of Transportation, Starz Entertainment, and Asurion. Dan holds an MBA from the University of Denver, as well as certifications in Human Capital Strategy, Project Management, Process Improvement, Change Management, and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Karin Bleiler
Executive Vice President, General Manager Revenue Solutions
Karin brings over 15 years’ experience in finance, operations, and accounting. She joined SymphonyAI Media in 2015 from MPEG LA, LLC, the world’s leading licensing administrator for high technology patent pools, where she was responsible for managing the financial and operational activities related to the collection and distribution of royalties. In her role as EVP & GM of Revenue Solutions at SymphonyAI Media, Karin is responsible for leading the Revedia SaaS Onboarding, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams, as well as the Managed Services division, which handles linear and digital revenue management services from data ingestion and normalization to agreement compliance, invoicing, collections and financial reporting. Karin earned both her bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Colorado.
John MacDonald
Senior Vice President, Audit Operations
John joined SymphonyAI Media in 1998 as a staff auditor. John oversees all audit operations including Basic, Premium and International. John has played a leadership role in establishing Cable Audit as the premier auditing firm serving the cable, satellite and Telco industries. In his executive role, John has been instrumental in developing proprietary methodologies for the audit program including staff development, software enhancements and project management. Prior to joining SymphonyAI Media, John worked at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Consultant. John has Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Amy Gittins
Senior Vice President, Audit & Client Relations Services
Amy joined SymphonyAI Media in 2002 and has held the positions of Audit Manager and Director prior to her current position as Vice President, Audit Services. Amy has managed both the audit operations and client relations for many of SymphonyAI Media’s domestic, premium and international clientele. In her current capacity as Vice President, Audit Services, Amy plays a leadership role in overseeing the Audit Operations Department, as well as the Contract Compliance and Client Relations teams, serving as the principal liaison between SymphonyAI Media and many of its valuable clients. Amy also oversees the recruiting, staff development and training for all staff within the Audit Operations Department at SymphonyAI Media. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Doug Jost
Senior Vice President, Sales
Doug Jost joined SymphonyAI Media in 2019. Doug has over 25 years of content distribution experience across the media landscape. At Showtime Networks, he led one of five operating regions and managed key MVPD relationships. Prior to that, Doug co-founded independent network MAVTV, where he led affiliate sales and marketing, negotiating carriage agreements with its linear and emerging technology distributors. More recently, he was responsible for sales and business development across the central U.S. at Net Insight, a leading video transport and resource optimization technology company. He has served in several industry trade organization leadership positions, including President of CTAM Texas. In his role at SymphonyAI Media, Doug is responsible for audit and managed services business development, working to launch new products and services within the company’s customer base as well as broadening its reach into new markets and industry verticals. Doug holds an MBA in finance from The University of Texas (Austin) and a BBA in accounting and finance from Iowa State University.
Joe Mancini
Vice President, Product
Joe Mancini is a proven media industry technology leader with a longstanding history of product creation and delivery to media clients at all stages of the video workflow. With 20 years of experience in the media industry, Joe focuses on a customer-first vision of the future of video and broadcast delivery. Joe joins SymphonyAI Media after seven years as Comcast Technology Solutions’ senior director of product. In that role, he ran product and business operations for the linear portfolio business, creating and deploying solutions for IP based video delivery and linear content rights management, and enabling tier-one programmers and operators to transition to OTT video delivery. Before joining Comcast, Joe led the delivery of THIS TECHNOLOGY Inc.’s dynamic ad insertion platform to leading MVPD’s and spent nearly nine years at Motorola as product owner and lead architect focused on video on demand and cloud DVR technologies.
Alex Smith
Vice President, Digital Client Services
Alex joined SymphonyAI Media in 2011 and has held positions of Account Manager and Director prior to her current position as Vice President, Digital Client Services. Alex has managed the client relations for a variety of SymphonyAI Media’s domestic, premium and international clientele. In her current capacity as Vice President, Digital Client Services, Alex focuses on client relations, contract compliance and business development for SymphonyAI Media’s clients who engage in digital distribution audits, including but not limited to movie studios, game publishers and music groups. Prior to joining SymphonyAI Media, Alex worked as a Program Director at Colorado State University. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts from Long Island University and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Don Howarth
Senior Director, EMEA Sales
Don brings over 15 years of business development experience in the EMEA region to SymphonyAI Media, where he leads growth and strategic partnerships with international clientele. Don’s expertise in new product and service launches was built over a decade in a global expansion role at U.S.-based Comscore and, more recently, a digital consumer intelligence company. Don earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at Leeds University and holds a master’s degree in bioinformatics from Cranfield University.
